All registered members have access to the Benefits Plan section within the Member Hub. They can search by benefit to see what’s covered under their plan and find out what their share of the cost will be. With these details at their fingertips, they can make smart decisions about their medical care.
Encourage your inbound or outbound populations to use this important self-service feature! To access it, just log in to the Member Hub. The new Benefits Plan section appears at the bottom of the Benefits Usage page. |
