Meeting our members where they are remains key to keeping them connected to quality care. With access to our behavioral health service, Global Wellness Assist, students, faculty and staff have the ability to speak to counselors anytime, anywhere. This service is great for members seeking emotional, practical and physical support. It offers access to a global network of professionals who can provide advice and assistance on a variety of issues or concerns. |

And it doesn’t end there! This service is not just for your student populations, but for you too! We know program administrators need just as much support as students. You are expected to handle a lot of responsibility at work while balancing personal and family obligations.
With Global Wellness Assist, we aim to support you with balancing all these responsibilities. It allows you to have access to free, confidential information, referrals and counseling. Help is available on topics including work-life balance, recognizing troubled students, discussing difficult subjects, workplace transition, handling grievances, stress management, referring students to counseling and more. |

It was great to catch up with our broker community, college health professionals, university partners and to meet new contacts at NAFSA in New Orleans and ACHA in Atlanta. We gained valuable insights from our partners on what their members’ needs are and how GeoBlue can meet them.
At NAFSA, we had the opportunity to present why pre-trip planning is essential to a student’s success when deciding to study abroad.
