NAFSA and ACHA Galore!
It was great to reunite with the broker community, college health professionals and our university partners and meet new contacts at NAFSA in Washington D.C. and ACHA in Boston. We gained valuable insights from our partners on their members’ needs, where the industry is going and how GeoBlue can meet these changes.
At NAFSA, we had the opportunity to present why pre-departure programs are invaluable when preparing students for a life abroad. The session explained how GeoBlue’s pre-departure program offers expert advice on how to navigate local healthcare systems, provides personalized recommendations based on specific member needs and how it promotes the use of telemedicine. Check out the full NAFSA presentation.
We are already looking forward to next year’s NAFSA & ACHA. We hope to see you there! |

UNDERSTANDING YOUR EOB Did you know that our members can easily view their explanation of benefits (EOB) online? Inbound and outbound programs have access to their EOBs through the Member Hub. However, for services incurred inside the U.S. members will still receive their EOB through mail. Share this resource with your programs so members fully understand what an EOB is and where they can find them. |
